Prior to purchasing we recommend that you order a sample, please bear in mind mahogany is a natural product therefore the final polish colour will vary depending on the initial wood colour, age etc.
What to expect from our furniture
Most of our furniture is handmade/carved from mahogany, therefore every item may vary slightly. Mahogany is a natural product, so there may be slight variances in grain, colour, carvings, dimensions etc. Hairline cracks may appear on joins, this is caused by wood movement and is unavoidable due to the nature of timber movement caused by temperature fluctuation in homes. The interior, underside and other unseen areas such as inside drawers etc are not finished to the same standard as the exterior/visible areas.
We offer free delivery on all orders being delivered to UK mainland addresses (Excludes: Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland) Delivery is Monday-Friday within business hours. You will be given an approximate time slot (4 hour window) If you are not available at the time of delivery and a re-delivery is required a charge of £75 will apply. Delivery is made by one person – if the item is bulky or heavy please ensure that you have help available for our driver. If an item is in stock, delivery is typically within 4-6 weeks, if your order is urgent please contact our sales team.
