Delivery & Returns information

Delivery

We offer free delivery on all orders being delivered to UK mainland addresses (exclusions apply). Delivery is Monday-Friday and made by one person – if the item is bulky or heavy please ensure that you have help available for our driver. If an item is in stock Delivery is typically within 4-6 weeks, if your order is urgent please contact our sales team. To ensure the delivery process is completed successfully it is the responsibility of the customer to check measurements to all access areas (stairs, doorways, etc) and inform us of any access or parking restrictions and any circumstances which may prevent a successful delivery. You will be asked to sign a note on delivery so please check your furniture over thoroughly when it is delivered – your signature constitutes acceptance of the items. We are unable to refund orders which cannot be delivered due to access restrictions or do not fit into the intended room. Where a delivery date has been agreed but the customer is not present or unwilling to receive the delivery, a charge will be applied for redelivery. Returns

As most of our furniture is made to order – we cannot offer refunds unless the piece is deemed faulty. Please do keep in mind that all our furniture is handmade from solid mahogany, a natural product, so there may be slight variances in colour, size, carving detail etc. Industry standards allow size variations of approximately 1-5cm with handmade items. We ask our customers to consider this when carrying out their measurements and/or considering whether to purchase an item. We will not refund furniture simply because it does not match, suit or fit. Damages

Before we deliver, we will quality check everything to ensure your goods leave us in perfect condition and our delivery drivers are really careful. When you receive your items by our delivery team, they will ask you to sign a Proof of Delivery note. Before signing this note, please thoroughly check your goods and CONTACT US WHILST THE DELIVERY DRIVERS ARE WITH YOU. Any damaged items will be returned with the drivers and a replacement issued. We cannot accept responsibility for any damage reported to us after you’ve signed the Proof of Delivery note. For more information please see our terms and conditions.
